Return Policy


If you wish to return a product for any reason other than a defect (ie wrong size ordered, aesthetic reasons, etc) you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the product and we will refund you the full cost of the product less the shipping charges. In the event your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the actual cost of shipping from the refund.


To qualify for return the product must be returned in its original packaging with no evidence of use.



Warranty


If the product you received has a manufacturing defect, please send us an email at [email protected] and include the orginal invoice number along with detailed photos showing the issue. If the issue is a manufacturing defect, we will ship you a replacement product. You may be asked to either destroy the original product or ship it back to us. In the event we ask you to ship it back to us we will provide prepaid postage.



Delivery and Damaged Shipments


Be sure to inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt. In the event of shipping damage, write down and take photos of any visible damage. Please notify us by email within 3 days of receipt so that we may raise the issue with the carrier in time to meet their service guidelines. We cannot assist with damage that is not reported within 3 days of receipt.
